data-driven
transformation

Harnessing the power of real-time insights and predictive analytics to create intelligent workspaces.

WE USE INSIGHTS AND ANALYTICS TO DELIVER TANGIBLE BENEFITS TO BOTH THE COMPANY AND THE EMPLOYEES.

We help organisations benefit from real-time data analytics and direct employee insights to improve their workspace performance through cost-effective, objective based measurements to;

  • reduce facilities costs,
  • optimise workspace occupancy,
  • improve collaboration,
  • improve wellbeing and productivity,
  • reduce energy costs
  • attract and retain talent.

OUR
data analytics
CAPABILITIES

We believe in the benefits of data-driven transformation because we’ve seen them work first-hand.  This practical experience means we have a robust and proven methodology to address clients’ workspace requirements from hard savings in energy and real estate as well as improvements in employee retention, productivity, wellness and collaboration.  Our experiences allow us to move from data to information to intelligence through a layered approach.

Layer one starts with stakeholders, objectives, company’s and individual’s benefits, investments, and a structured business case to set the scene for the data-driven transformation.

Layer two, investments are underpinned by pragmatic functional and technical designs, leveraging legacy sources, and augmented with cost-effective IoT devices and fit for purpose integration to build the relevant data lakes which in turn supplies intelligent dashboards.

Layer three, our technical designs are underpinned by data flows from around the workspace from many sources, access control, Outlook, IoT sensors, building management systems, facilities usage, power consumption, HR systems, financial and accounting systems, etc.

Layer four, intelligent dashboards display to the relevant people the relevant messages in “quick to grasp” formats to evidence positive and negative performances.

Layer five, the change management needs to mobilise and engage people in the transformation, through communication, adoption, gamification, recognition and ultimately rewards for the change in behaviours.

Layer six comes back to the stakeholders, sponsors, and leaders to manage risks, issues and take decisions to move ahead with the data-driven transformation.

5 steps process

Holistically, the six layers work together to deliver a data-driven change. We segment the data-driven transformation into five phases.

1. initiation

Defines the stakeholders, project governance, transformation strategy and supporting business case with high-level designs.

2. design

Ensures the technical and change readiness for the transformation.

3. implementation

This means technologies are deployed in accordance with the designs (i.e. IoT, integrations, dashboards, App’s, etc.)

4. commission

Solution deployment and change readiness, for the behavioural changes, trends, targets, recognition and reward structures, staff communications, etc.

5. transition

The final phase of the transition from the current to desired state, whereby it starts with measurement and monitoring of the KPI’s and recognition and reward for achievements.
